Rose to stardom
Known for being talented and having good looks, Eun-woo started his career in show business as a member of Astro in 2016.
Aside from being a performer on stage, Eun-woo also starred in web series including, “To Be Continued,” “My Romantic Some Recipe,” “Sweet Renge,” and “Top Management.”
On the other hand, he rose to stardom after the success of his first ever lead role in the romantic TV series, “My ID is Gangnam Beauty”, which became one of the highest-rated dramas in Korea.
Currently, he is starring in the historical romance drama “Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung” which airs on Netflix.
Humility amidst fame
Eun-woo is certainly becoming more and more known locally and internationally. But despite that, he sees to it that he keeps his feet on the ground.
“When I was little, my mother would post little notes at places like the bedside or next to the phone. The notes will read, ‘learn to be thankful,’ and ‘look back on your actions,’” he said in an interview with GQ Korea.
“Those messages became part of my personal value system.”
