Now, Kylie Jenner grabs her marketing opportunity and, of course, she filed her "Rishe and Shine" sound a trademark.

A video clip of Kylie Jenner tuning a ‘Rise and Shine’ wake-up call to her baby Stormi has gone viral online, from having a lot of memes to using the sound as ringtones and remixes. 

Now the youngest Kardashian-Jenner grabs her marketing opportunity and, of course, she filed her sound a trademark. 

The 22-year-old mom has been the face and “music” of internet for the past days as different memes of her “Rise and Shine” gone popular. 

Moreover, the young billionaire will not have the trademark solely but also cover clothing and cosmetics of the “riiise and shiiinnee.” 

However, the news had received backlash from the Twitter world, condemning Kylie with its business tactics as too much. 

People were disappointed that Jenner did not just leave the thing viral and enjoyed by many.

This is not the first time that the beauty mogul has filed a trademark that seemed absurd. 

In 2016, she also tried to trademark the name “Kylie,” but hindered by Kylie Minogue’s opposition. 

KDB Pty Ltd. filed a Notice of Opposition on behalf of Minogue then. 

They said that granting Jenner the trademark would undermine the Minogue’s brand. Particularly, fans know the singer as “Kylie” and her 1996 registered domain to be www.kylie.com.
