Holiday season is approaching and aside from the gifts, desserts are what we are also excited about. But sometimes, they require much of your time and you don’t have that luxury, so you gotta go the no-bake method. 

Though baking is fun, it can be a little overwhelming during the holidays for some with travels, parties, family gatherings, church obligations, and everything going on. You know, it’s such a crazy season! 

That being said, you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time with your family and friends by pulling off these 3 easy no-bake desserts this holiday season. 

3 Simple No-Bake Desserts

Easy Mango Float Cake



1 pack all purpose cream

½ cup condensed milk

24 pieces graham crackers

2 cups sliced mangoes


First, pour all purpose cream and condensed milk in a bowl, then mix. Afterwards, put 2 tbsp of the cream mixture to a glass dish or any container of your choice. Place 12 pcs graham cracker at the bottom of the container then top with the cream mixture, followed with a layer of sliced mangoes. Repeat the process to create two layers. Refrigerate it for 4 hours or until the graham turns moist with the cream. Once ready, slice it into desired portion and serve.

Easy No-Bake Blueberry Cheesecake



1 pack  all purpose cream 250ml

2/3 cup condensed milk

1 bar cream cheese

8 pcs store bought cheese cupcakes, cut into cubes

2 cups blueberry filling


Mix all purpose cream, cream cheese and condensed milk, then whisk until smooth. Next, assemble cupcake cubes, cream mixture, and blueberry in layers. Chill overnight, then dig in. 

Cathedral Window Gelatin



4 tsp or 20g unflavored gulaman

1 pack all purpose cream 250ml

2/3 cup Condensed milk

2 cups fresh milk

2 tsp Vanilla extract

48 pcs store-bought jelly ace, cut into quarters


Combine gulaman powder, all purpose cream, condensed milk, fresh milk and vanilla extract in a pot. Let it simmer, then set aside for 5 minutes. Afterwards, scatter gelatin on a serving container then pour cream mixture. Lastly, refrigerate then serve well chilled.
