Apples, cherries, lychees, jamuns, plums, papayas, peaches, and pears are some of the fruits you can eat during the rainy season as these will help in improving the immune system.

  • Curd instead of milk

Curd or yogurt avoids the possibility of bacteria to enter your body, so it is much better to choose it over milk. Also, curd has probiotics that helps in stomach problems whereas milk can cause indigestion, especially during rainy days.
