Taylor Swift is indeed a fairy godmother who sprinkles love and sing with you until Holiday season!
Swifties will be extra merry during this season of giving as the pop singer recently gave a new holiday and nostalgic song “Christmas Tree Farm.”
Before the release, fans were speculating that TS was up to something like a plan of releasing another new album, but it seems like this is “that.”
Swift shared her new song accompanied by a music video of her childhood memories (home footage) from their old Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania. It was also a homemade video starring her adorable cats—Meredith, Benjamin, and Olivia.
The 2019 AMAs Artist of the Decade also posted an Instagram with caption “
“When in doubt, ask the itty bitty pretty kitty committee.”
“When they shun you with silence, ambivalence, and judgmental brush offs… just put the song out anyway,” she added, announcing the release of the song with its music video.
Swift reportedly penned the track over the weekend after she felt inspired from eating Thanksgiving leftovers straight out of the container (Uhm, what Taylor? How?!).
This is Swift’s first holiday release since her “The Taylor Swift Holiday Collection” in 2007.
