Do you always wake up feeling calm, refreshed and ready to nail the day? No? Well, that’s great. I mean, that’s great because you are not alone. But really, it’s not a good thing to have a very hectic morning routine which we consider a success if only we arrived to work on time without forgetting something at home or spilling our coffee on our clothes. Considering you, non-morning persons, we have listed the things you can do to improve your mornings.

Set your body clock.
You can do this by setting only ONE alarm. Do not set multiple alarms as this would confuse your waking time. If you want to get up by 6am, you should set your alarm at 6am and get up by 6am. If you make this your habit, eventually, you will subconsciously wake up at a certain time. No need to snooze that alarm!
This may be obvious but, yeah, just GO TO BED EARLY. We are all guilty of going to bed late, but if you know that sleeping at past 12 midnight would give you a terrible morning, then just sleep earlier. Just be a little responsible. However, we understand that you can’t just skip those series and YouTube videos, but if you can, do it then.
Organization is key.
See to it that you organize things as much as you can the night before. Plan your clothes, pack your things, or if possible, prepare your lunch. With this, you won’t have to rush things in the morning and it will also be less stressful for you.
“What? Are you out of your mind? Why suggest this one? I don’t even have time to finish my food in the morning, then this?” We know what you, non-morning persons, are thinking.
