Intermittent heavy rains, however, will happen over Northern Cebu, Northern Negros Island, Dinagat Islands, Siargao Island, and the rest of eastern Visayas.

Residents near the areas prone to flooding and rain-induced landslides are advised to take and follow the instructions in times of evacuations and continue to monitor weather updates.

Moreover, PAGASA warned a Storm Surge Warning No. 2 in coastal areas in Quezon, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, and Samar as storm surge may rise from one to three meters

Meanwhile, areas in northern Luzon, which are not included in the list above, may still experience gusty conditions due to “amihan” or northeast monsoon.
